Originally we planned this trip to visit the waterfalls in Ginigathhena and Hatton area, but since we were able to reach Ginigathhene before 7, made a sudden change of plans and decided to hike the Thotupola kanda. As I mentioned earlier the climate was really cool and the roads were all covered in mist.
On our way to Nuwaraeliya we also came across the famous Devon fall and St’clair fall in Talawakele..
Again from Pattipola onwards we experienced thick mist; inside the park it also remained the same….
After having lunch near the Gregory’s lake we started heading back home….
Thank you very much for reading my trip report. Have a safe journey …..
